PRE / ORDER

WHY SHOULD I PRE-ORDER?

At LEITA Paris, we're concerned about our impact on the environment and want to do as little harm as possible to our planet. Pre-ordering allows us to produce on demand and avoid waste.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE RECEIVING MY PRE-ORDER?

At LEITA Paris, we do our utmost to keep production times as short as possible. Shipping times are indicated on each product sheet. As soon as we receive your order, we'll contact you.

I WOULD LIKE TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER

Once the pre-order has been validated, it will not be possible to modify it or cancel your LEITA Paris order.

However, rest assured, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt, and returns are free for all orders delivered in mainland France.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail, please check your spam folder. If not, you can contact us here. We'll check that your order has been processed and provide you with information about your order.

I WANT TO TRACK MY ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.

You can find your tracking number in your LEITA Paris account under “My orders”.

If you are unable to find your tracking number, please contact us here, so that we can get back to you as soon as possible.

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

My order has not been updated for 3 days.

First of all, please check whether your order contains an item that will be shipped within 5 to 10 working days or a pre-order. You'll find this information in your LEITA Paris customer account in the “My orders” section, or in our online store. If in doubt, please contact us here.

I have not received my order, please contact us here.

We will open an inquiry with La Poste in order to find your parcel and offer you the best solution. La Poste takes about 15 days to process an inquiry.

My parcel has been returned to you

As soon as we receive your parcel, we will contact you to confirm a new shipment.

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO CHOOSE MY SIZE. HOW TO DO ?

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES ?

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE DELIVERY TIME

You can find all delivery times by country here.

Some items may have extended delivery times (5 to 10 days). In such cases, this is indicated on the product description page.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES ?

Delivery times are 3 to 4 working days in metropolitan France from dispatch from the warehouse.

In the case of a pre-order, the deadlines are indicated on the various product sheets. In case of delay, we will contact you by e-mail.

My tracking number is not displayed

When your LEITA Paris order is shipped, you receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number. It may take a few hours for the tracking number to update, while our carrier collects your order. If you don't receive this e-mail within 3 working days of placing your order, please contact LEITA Paris customer service here.

Why hasn't my order been dispatched after several days?

Some items may be on pre-order or dispatched within 5 to 10 working days (particularly t-shirts and sweatshirts, which are printed on demand). To reduce our carbon footprint, we ship all items in a single order.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER. HOW TO DO ?

For every problem, a solution. Contact us via the chat or the form here, we will find the solutions together.

I SEE THAT MY PARCEL IS MARKED AS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING.

Rest assured, customers are sometimes notified a day in advance of the arrival of their parcel, even though it doesn't arrive until the following day.

If you haven't received it the following day, you can contact customer service here. We will open an investigation with the chosen carrier to find a solution for you.

I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER

Rest assured, if you are unable to track your Click & Collect order, you can contact us here so that we can send you your order tracking information.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER

You have 14 days after placing your order to return an item.

If you are returning your order in its entirety, please return the complimentary goodie. Failure to do so may result in non-refundable delivery charges.

Returns are free of charge within France.

I CAN'T FIND MY RETURN LABEL ON MY LEITA Paris ACCOUNT

Once the return request has been made, the label is sent by e-mail. If you don't receive it, please check your junk folder. If you have any problems with your return, please contact us here.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I BE REIMBURSED?

Once your return package has been received at our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail confirming this. A new e-mail will then be sent to you as soon as the refund has been processed.

If, however, you do not receive this second e-mail within 10 working days of receipt of your parcel in our warehouses, please contact us here so that we can rectify the situation.

I WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Exchanges are not available for orders placed online. You will need to return the part via a standard returns request (see here). Then simply place the order again.

MY ITEM HAS A DEFECT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

At LEITA Paris, we are committed to offering you quality, long-lasting parts. However, if your item has a defect, please contact us here and enclose photos and your order number so that we can find the best solution for you.

PAYMENT

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

You can pay for your order by:

  • bank cards (Visa, Amex, Maestercard)
  • Apple Pay
  • ShopPay
  • PayPal

WHEN WILL I BE DEBITED FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT?

In the case of a single payment, you will be debited at the time of validation of your order.

CAN I PAY IN 3 INSTALLMENTS FREE OF CHARGE?

We offer you the possibility of paying in 3 installments free of charge by out supplier Klarna

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

We are very attentive to securing payment. Your payment is secured by Shopify payments for immediate payments and Alma for split payments. Each transaction is encrypted.

I CAN'T CHECK OUT MY ORDER. HOW TO DO?

If you encounter any difficulties when paying for your order, please do not hesitate to try again using another payment method. We also advise you to change your browser, medium (computer or tablet, for example) or switch to private browsing. If the problem persists, please contact our customer service department here

WHERE CAN I FIND MY INVOICE?

You will find your invoice in your account, in the "Order" tab. Thank you for ordering!

I WOULD LIKE TO PAY FOR MY ORDER IN FULL OR IN PART WITH A COUPON OR GIFT CARD

If you wish to use a voucher or gift card to pay for your order, you must enter your voucher number in the “promotional code” section, visible when validating your cart.
