PRE / ORDER

WHY WILL I PRE-ORDER?

Pre-ordering allows to produce on demand and avoid waste.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE RECEIVING MY PRE-ORDER?

The shipping times are indicated on the sheets of each product. Upon receipt of the production, we will contact you.

I DON'T KNOW HOW TO CHOOSE MY SIZE. HOW TO CHANGE ?

You will find information on the different product sheets. If the doubt persists, contact us via the chat or the form here, we will find the solution together.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES ?

You will find details of all delivery costs here.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES ?

Delivery times are 3 to 4 working days in metropolitan France.

In the case of a pre-order, the deadlines are indicated on the various product sheets. In case of delay, we will contact you by e-mail.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER. HOW TO DO ?

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ?

To proceed with the return of your item, contact us here and we will send you a return label (the return costs are at our expense). Then slip the item into the original package and affix the label there. All you have to do is drop it off at the parcel relay closest to you ( find my relay ).

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return your item to us (unworn, unwashed and with its original label). It must be returned in its original packaging and with any goodies included.

WHAT ARE THE REFUND CONDITIONS?

After approval of your return, the refund will be made using the original payment method within one week. You will be informed of the refund confirmation by email.

HOW TO EXCHANGE MY ITEM(S)?

If you wish to exchange your item, contact us here and tell us the name of the new desired model, its size and color as well as your order number. We will send you a return label (return costs are our responsibility). Then put the item to be exchanged into the original package and attach the label. All you have to do is drop it off at the postal office. After receipt, we will send you the desired new item within 2 to 4 days.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE?

You can pay for your order by:

  • Apple Pay

  • PayPal

WHEN WILL I BE DEBITED FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT?

In the case of a single payment, you will be debited at the time of validation of your order.

CAN I PAY IN 3 INSTALLMENTS FREE OF CHARGE?

We offer you the possibility of paying in 3 installments free of charge.

IS MY PAYMENT SECURE?

We are very attentive to securing payment. Your payment is secured by Shopify payments for immediate payments and Alma for split payments. each transaction is encrypted.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY INVOICE?

You will find your invoice in your account, in the "Order" tab. Thank you for ordering!
